Create an email phishing campaign from a template

This guide covers the template-based campaign launcher. Available campaign screens depend on your organization. If New campaign opens a different builder, contact Jericho Support for the instructions that match your account.

Before you begin

• Sign in with permission to create campaigns.
• Prepare an employee group for a small pilot.
• Confirm the sending domains and delivery configuration using the allowlisting guide.

Select an email template

1. Open New campaign.
2. Under Start from an attack template, choose an email attack template. Review its campaign type and attack details.
3. Open the template to reach Manage Campaign.

Review campaign settings

1. Set Campaign Name to a recognizable name.
2. Review Attack Scenario and the template’s message/landing-page behavior.
3. Review Training, including whether follow-up training is enabled and which courses are selected.
4. Under Recipients, select the intended groups. Verify group membership in People & Groups before launching.
5. Under Schedule, review Schedule Attack and Delivery Time, including the start date, recurrence, business hours, and time zone.

Preview and launch

Use Preview to review the campaign, then recheck the recipients and schedule. Click Launch Campaign only when the pilot is ready to run. Check delivery and reporting results before repeating the process for a wider audience.

Template configuration and the separate Start from scratch builder expose different controls. Do not assume every launcher screen lets you select individual employees or change the sending domain.
