Setting Up a Safe Sender Filter in Proofpoint Essentials
Proofpoint Essentials uses filter policies to control how inbound messages are handled. To ensure Jericho Security simulation emails are delivered to your employees without being blocked or quarantined, you can create an inbound allow filter for the specific sending addresses confirmed by Jericho Support. This does not establish that URL or attachment protection is bypassed. The steps below walk you through creating that filter in the Proofpoint Essentials admin console.
